Monitoring/reviewing is a continuous process whereas evaluations are carried out at specific intervals (milestone based) during the course of the project. The effective monitoring ensures that the project goals are achieved as per the quality requirements on schedule and within budget allocation. The Area conducts Project review meetings with the Project Team time to time.
It identifies the gaps for shortage of funds, manpower, consumables etc. and facilitate in overcoming the bottlenecks.

यह धन, जनशक्ति, उपभोग्य सामग्रियों आदि की कमी के लिए अंतराल की पहचान करता है और बाधाओं को दूर करने में सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
